Tasks

• Deputy management and assumption of overall responsibility in their absence
• Co-responsibility for the organisational, professional, financial and human management of the market
• Leadership and support of department managers and around 40 employees
• Ensuring a high willingness to sell and smooth day-to-day business
• Ensuring active customer support and attractive product presentation
• Ensuring a high level of freshness and quality performance in the market
• Implementation of efficient operations and compliance with processes and policies
• Bringing entrepreneurial thinking, leadership and customer orientation to the sustainable success of the market

Requirements

• Basic training in the retail trade or gastronomy with further training in the trade (minimum retail specialists) or hotel school
• Experience in a comparable function in trade or gastronomy
• Entrepreneurially thinking, winning leader with several years of leadership experience and high social skills
• Pronounced customer orientation and pleasure in the active customer care of our diverse professional customers
• Enjoy dealing with people, numbers and organizational tasks
• Conceptual, planning and networked thinking
• Ideally located and anchored in the region
