Case handler VID (a) In the central sales department / customer service in Altishofen, the concerns and needs of our customers in the areas of Cargo, Food, Frigo and Healthcare Logistics are coordinated and processed. • Processing of customer inquiries, customer complaints and claims
• Preparation of customer master lists and statistics
• Accompany and monitor customer projects and customer processes
• General administrative work

Requirement profile

• Completed training as a businessman / businesswoman EFZ
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of French, English is advantageous
• Joy in dealing with customers
• Networked thinking and precise working methods
