These are your responsibilities
- You will take responsibility for asset management and fixed asset accounting, including periodic closings and inventory coordination.
- You analyze overhead costs, contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, and identify potential for optimization.
- You develop recommendations for action and create a sound basis for management decisions.
- You advise our specialist departments, prepare business cases, and support important corporate decisions.
- You analyze actual, budget, and forecast variances and prepare meaningful management reports.
- You ensure a high level of data quality and continuously develop processes, master data, and systems.
- You work on cross-functional projects and drive the further development of Finance, Controlling, and SAP processes.
What you bring
- Completed degree in Finance or Controlling, or comparable further education.
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, finance, or accounting. We are looking for someone who can contribute their expertise independently and effectively from day one.
- Very good knowledge of accounting in accordance with OR and IFRS.
- Very good Excel skills, particularly in Power Pivot and the analysis of large datasets.
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems, ideally with in-depth SAP experience.
- Very good German and good English skills
- An analytical, structured, and independent way of working
- Interest in process optimization and digital solutions
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with various stakeholders
