We are looking for support in the The fortune chain, the Swiss Red Cross and Caritas Switzerland are issuing the evaluation of the management of the storm 2024 in Switzerland, in which the three organizations mentioned were involved. The aim is to check the relevance and effectiveness of domestic disaster relief. Their tasks
The offer should include
- Covering letter (max. 1 page)
- Concept with proposed methodology (max. 3 pages)
- Rough work plan for implementation
- Cost estimate for the entire contract
- CVs of the evaluation team
- Two relevant work samples of ideally similar mandates
- Overview table of how the defined evaluation criteria are met
