Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the object and operational safety as well as the operation of the building systems, also in the pikett service
- Working with the Facility Management team All technical equipment and carry out minor repairs independently
- Take effective measures to prevent workplace accidents and incidents
- You provide external craftsmen and contact person on site
- Assistance in site cleaning, winter service and waste management
- Provision of meeting rooms and atrium for occasions
Your profile
- Completed basic craftsmanship training preferably in the electrical industry with completed training as a housekeeper
- Expertise and experience in Facility Management
- You are a reliable personality with a pronounced service orientation, even under high stress
- Collaboration in the team and dealing with customers and external service providers makes you happy
- PC – User knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook) and driving license Cat. B round off your profile
