- Management of the workshop
- Coordination of special repairs
- Preparation of customer quotations, including repair planning for agricultural machinery
- Planning of overhauls
- Recording of work reports and coordination of the workshop

- Agricultural machinery mechanic with a recognized job-related continuing education qualification (diagnostician, professional examination) or equivalent technical training with further training in business administration
- Initial experience in workshop management
- Good knowledge of the agricultural sector
- Intellectual flexibility and openness to pursuing new paths
- Precise and structured approach to work
- Proficient use of digital applications and MS Office
- Communicative, open and customer-oriented attitude
- You are highly organized and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
