Are you motivated by the idea of leading a customer team in the area of accidents, giving orientation and ensuring professional claims processing together with your employees? Are you excited about a dynamic environment in which you set priorities, develop people and actively shape change?

As Group Head of the Accident Customer Team, you will strengthen Zurich Switzerland’s Claims business unit in the area of personal insurance services at the Kriens site and make an important contribution to our joint success. You lead a team of around 12 damage specialists in the area of UVG/UVGZ and support your employees professionally and personally. Together with the specialists and the management team of the German-speaking Switzerland region, you will continue to develop the cooperation and working methods and ensure customer-oriented and efficient service provision.

• You lead a team of around 12 damage specialists in the field of UVG/UVGZ and promote their professional and personal development.
• You are responsible for the personnel process from recruitment and onboarding to assessment and development discussions.
• You work closely with the specialists of your team and the management team of the German-speaking Switzerland region.
• You will maintain an exchange with internal and external partners and jointly develop suitable solutions for our customers.
• You continuously develop your area and actively shape changes and innovations.

This sets you apart

• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry and in-depth experience in claims handling in the area of accidents.
• Experience in the management and development of employees or demonstrable experience in a comparable professional leadership role.
• An understanding of technical and digital developments as well as a secure handling of IT topics.
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as clear and appreciative communication.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method with the ability to set priorities even in demanding situations.
