Their tasks
- Planning of sanitary facilities from phase pre-project to phase completion
- Responsible for creating and developing detailed BIM models for building technology
- Responsible for implementing BIM-to-Field using tachymeter
- Project management for smaller sanitary facilities
- Calculations of sanitary devis
- Preparation of material extracts and organisation of prefabrication
- Customer support, negotiation with suppliers, engineers, architects and construction professionals
- Compliance with regulations, standards, guidelines and regulations
- Controlling your own objects
- Miscellaneous administrative office work
- Training of learners
Your profile
- Completed vocational apprenticeship as building technology planner/in sanitary
- Continuing education with a professional certificate (Federal School) or the willingness to obtain it in a timely manner
- Further education as a master or technician school is advantageous
- Motivational leadership characteristics
- Working independently
- Enforcement capacity
- Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
- Good manners
- Strong MS Office, CAD (Bausoft and Revit) knowledge
