- For our customer at the Dagmersellen LU site, we are looking for a CNC polymechanic 2-shift operation 80-100 % (m/f/d) as soon as possible or by agreement.
In this role, you are responsible for the precise machining of demanding workpieces on modern CNC milling centers. You work with Heidenhain controls and make sure that all parts are produced according to quality specifications.
Their tasks
- machining of workpieces on CNC milling centers with 3 4 or 5 axes
- - Setup of the machines according to TopSolid clamping plan
- Tool assembly based on the tool list
- Operation of a CNC-controlled tool adjusting device
- Monitoring and compliance with manufacturing and quality guidelines
- Implementation of ERP bookings in the system
- -Optimization and implementation of CAM programs
- Implementation of machine maintenance according to regulations
- Establishing order and cleanliness in the workplace
- Your profile:
- - Completed basic training as a polymechanic or production mechanic specialising in CNC
- -Founded CNC knowledge in milling
- Readiness for the 2 shift operation
- -Exact and precise working methods
- Good knowledge of German in word and writing
- -Independent and team-capable personality
- Flexibility, responsibility and reliability
