Role overview

Tasks: In the Belp habitat, you will take on a central role in the training of our young talents in the nursing professions.

As a full-time professional trainer, you take on a key role in the training of future carers.

You accompany learners through their training individually, competently and with heart.

You work closely with nursing specialists, educational leaders and parents.

You work in a modern, dynamic and well-organized educational team Requirements:

• Diploma at tertiary level (HF, FH, DN II, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
• At least 2 years of experience in nursing
• Long-term care specialist with federal certificate.

• Further training in vocational education SVEB certificate trainer: in (or equivalent training within the framework of 300 hours, or willingness to complete this)
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• High pedagogical competence, empathy and joy in accompanying learners
• Quality awareness, organizational talent and a reflected, open personality We offer:
