Role overview
Tasks: You ensure a high and holistic quality of care and support for our residents and use your modern understanding of care to cope with a wide range of everyday situations and are jointly responsible for the design and implementation of the care processes.
You respond to their individual needs and wishes with respect and attentiveness.
You ensure electronic care documentation and the application of the RAI system regarding care standards.
You will support your colleagues in challenging situations.
You maintain professional and sensitive contacts with relatives and people you trust.

Requirements
- Training at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS), training at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, carer for the elderly, home care worker, etc.)
- Experience in the long-term sector is an advantage but not a requirement
- Open and constructive personality, responsible and committed work on the resident, flexibility, empathetic approach in everyday life We offer:
