As one of the 4 houses of the "The Tschuggen Collection AG", our house offers 60 individually designed suites and rooms, including stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight Da Vittorio with 18 points Gault Millau & 2 Michelin stars and the Grand Restaurant, a tribute to the nature and the culinary delights of the Engadins – as well as an impressive 1 200 m2 spa.

- You are the 1st contact person for traveling and leaving guests and for the care of the guests throughout the stay
- Management, training and deployment planning of a team of about 15 employees (Front Office & Concierge & Loge)
- Training in the luxury hotel industry and/or completion of a hotel school and experience in the same position
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the same or comparable position in the 5 hotel industry
Main responsibilities
- You are the 1st contact person for traveling and leaving guests and for the care of the guests throughout the stay
- Management, training and deployment planning of a team of about 15 employees (Front Office & Concierge & Loge)
- Continuous on-the-job training of employees in LQA standards, ISO guidelines, protel, compliance with LHW and Swiss Deluxe Hotel - daily and monthly accounts in the Protel system and creating various statistics, monitoring the budget, as well as responsibility for the main fund and debitor administration Takeover of Duty Manager Services
Key requirements
- Training in the luxury hotel industry and/or completion of a hotel school and experience in the same position
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the same or comparable position in the 5* hotel industry
- Excellent knowledge of German and English, sales talent and flexibility in the intermediate season also to accept the reservation
- Excellent service thinking, high quality awareness and attention to detail
- Joy in the challenge, bite and professionalism
- Charming, winning and courteous appearance and well-kept appearance
- Balanced menu offer in our employee restaurant "Le Bistro" during the winter season
