• Reception and support of customers at the bank counter
• Advising customers in the basic products Saving, paying, investing and provisioning
• Demand recognition and forwarding of customers to the responsible specialist consultants
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential
• Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Cooperation in target group-specific market development measures

• Completed banking training or comparable training with experience in the financial performance sector
