A dedicated and passionate team is looking for reinforcement for a new, exciting day-to-day work in which the accompaniment, promotion and development of our learners and students are the focus. With us you accompany learners and students competently, appreciatively and with pedagogical skill through their education. You promote professional, methodological and social skills and actively contribute to high-quality practical training. Care, a sense of responsibility, enjoyment of guidance and a big heart for people are important prerequisites for optimally promoting our learners and students. You are part of the vocational training team. Your tasks
- You take responsibility for the practical training and accompany several learners and students in the department
- You plan the learning accompaniments and support the learners in their learning process
- You develop, plan and evaluate practice-oriented learning units in cooperation with the education manager
- You conduct location and qualification discussions with learners and students and document the learning processes of learners and students in a comprehensible and structured way.
- You plan to carry out certificates of competence and IPA
- You are responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating the qualification procedures in HF studies Your profile
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF, FaGe EFZ or an equivalent education with SRK recognition
- You bring one year of professional experience in the field of care.
- You have completed the vocational trainer course and an SVEB certificate instructor or the willingness to complete it
- You are a strong communication personality, socially competent and bring team spirit. Flexibility, self-employment, as well as a competent and well-kept appearance distinguish you. And most importantly: You enjoy the education and support of young people and young adults. What we offer
