Main responsibilities
- In our Flex Pool you decide when you want to work and can offer or withdraw assignments up to 36 hours in advance.
- This means you can fully adapt your work to your personal needs, the weather or your environment.
- One day before the deployment, we will definitely confirm whether and on which station you will be deployed.
- But don't worry: as a specialist you will almost always be needed in one of our departments!
- Once you have completed your training, your assignments will take place on all 8 nursing wards, giving you the opportunity to gain experience in both acute and rehabilitation care. Requirements:
- Qualification as a HF or FH nursing specialist
- Curiosity and interest in caring for people with cross-sectional disabilities Motivation for short-term assignments
- High level of independence and quick comprehension
