The Opportunity As a Financial Business Sr. Analyst , you will partner with cross-functional teams, distributors, and Roche Shared Services (RSS) to drive financial visibility, data-driven insights, and regional credit and collection processes. In this role, you will ensure process accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while developing advanced capabilities in financial analysis and business partnering to support the organization's financial success. Responsibilities • Commercial Finance, Accounting & Compliance: Execute daily financial operations—including expense tracking, invoicing, credit/debit notes, reconciliations, and fixed assets—while strictly adhering to Roche guidelines and quality compliance. • AR Analysis & Distributor Engagement: Monitor key accounts receivable (AR) metrics like DSO, analyze customer aging reports, and maintain active communication with regional distributors to facilitate account statements, resolve conflicts, and negotiate collections. • Credit Risk Management & Data-Driven Insights: Consolidate financial reports and distributor documentation to evaluate credit limits within the Credit Flow framework, leveraging data analyti
