For our customer – an established trust company with a versatile portfolio of mandates – we are looking for a motivated and reliable personality as a clerk: in trust. In this role, you support the team in the daily business and gain valuable experience in holistic mandate support. Immediately or by agreement, we are looking for you!
This is your job
- Finance & Wages: Support to the Heads of Mandate: in the handling of wage and financial accounting as well as the organization of payment transactions.
- Taxes & VAT: Reliable preparation of Swiss VAT invoices including the associated administration and preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons.
- Analysis & Consulting: Creation of reports, liquidity plans and company analyses as well as assistance with company formations, restructurings and liquidations.

- Training: Completed basic commercial training (EFZ).
- Experience: Ideally, you will already bring your first experience in accounting, personnel or taxation (even career changers from accounting are welcome).
- Working method: An independent, reliable and exact working method as well as a flexible and team-oriented action.
- Language skills: You are communicative and absolutely confident of correspondence in the German language (word and writing).
