- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements inklusive Analyse von Kennzahlen, Controlling und Evaluation
- Planung und Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Gesundheitsförderung und Prävention, inklusive Events und Workshops
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Gesundheitswissenschaften: Schwerpunkt betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement, Gesundheitsförderung und Prävention oder einen gleichwertigen Studiengang oder Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement sind Voraussetzung
Main responsibilities
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements inklusive Analyse von Kennzahlen, Controlling und Evaluation
- Planung und Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Gesundheitsförderung und Prävention, inklusive Events und Workshops
- Einbezug aktueller wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse in innovative BGM-Massnahmen
- Erstellung von Präsentationen sowie Unterstützung bei Workshops und Veranstaltungen
- Jährliche Überprüfung und Anpassung der strategischen und operativen BGM-Ziele
- Aktualisierung und Strukturierung von Dokumenten, Leitfäden und Unterlagen
- Weiterführung der Friendly Work Space Zertifizierung
- Verantwortung für interne und externe Kommunikation von GF Health sowie Pflege der Inhalte unserer Intranetseite We@GF und Viva Engage
- Sicherstellung der Aktualität und Einhaltung des BGM-Budgets
Key requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Gesundheitswissenschaften: Schwerpunkt betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement, Gesundheitsförderung und Prävention oder einen gleichwertigen Studiengang oder Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement sind Voraussetzung
- Erfahrung in der Begleitung oder Durchführung von Friendly Work Space Zertifizierungen ist erforderlich
- Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit sehr guten konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten
- Offenheit für digitale Tools, Social Media und KI Hohe Proaktivität und Kommunikationsstärke
