• You are responsible for the operative processing and triage of Spitex and nursing home cases.
• You check requirements reports, regulations and other documents according to legal, professional and contractual requirements.
• In addition, you are responsible for the processing of prescriptions as well as the testing and processing of Spitex and nursing home bills.
• You ensure the correct and traceable documentation in the relevant systems.
• You work closely with service providers and internal specialist positions.
• You are the contact person for professional and administrative issues and maintain a professional exchange with various stakeholders.

You bring that with you

• You have completed a basic commercial education.
• In the health insurance industry, you have already gained professional experience, preferably in the performance exam.
• If you also have medical or nursing knowledge, the better.
• You work in a structured, reliable and independent way. You also appreciate the exchange in the team.
• You enjoy analysing connections and finding solutions.
• Your communication is clear and addressable.
• If you have French and/or Italian skills, this is an advantage.
