This is what awaits you

• You work independently on managed care agreements with medical networks and are the first point of contact for the networks in your area of responsibility.
• You check whether the rules of our alternative insurance models are adhered to and process the corresponding reports on myDoc, HMO and smartDoc.
• You are regularly in contact with our insured and managed care partners by telephone and in writing.
• You support the team in the administrative tasks in day-to-day business.

You bring that with you

• You have completed a basic medical or commercial education.
• You communicate stylishly in German, on the phone as well as in writing. Other foreign languages are a plus.
• You approach people empathetically and work independently and accurately.
• You enjoy working in a team and bring the willingness to learn new things.
• If you already have experience in health insurance, the better.
