• You are in contact with customers, offices, authorities and internal bodies by telephone and in writing.
• You will process reminders and actions in the cantons assigned to you.
• You book payments, make changes and carry out depreciation.
• You deal with complaints in a solution-oriented manner and with sensitivity.

You bring that with you

• You have a basic commercial education or an equivalent education with experience in an administrative function.
• You work accurately, reliably and have a good flair for numbers.
• Even in demanding telephone conversations you appear safe, skilful and factual.
• You remain resilient, assert yourself and keep a cool head even in intense situations.
• German is your mother tongue. Other foreign languages are a plus.
