• You are mainly in contact with customers, offices, authorities and internal bodies by telephone and in writing.
• You work on reminders and actions in the cantons of Romandy assigned to you.
• You manage debtors and keep track of payments, rebookings and depreciation.
• You handle complaints professionally and find good solutions even in demanding situations.

You bring that with you

• You have a basic commercial education or an equivalent education with experience in an administrative function.
• Numbers are your strength and you work exactly.
• You will also remain calm, clear and professional in demanding customer conversations.
• You have a good knowledge of French and are motivated to use and develop it in everyday work.
