A good year ago, we began to realign our HR department.
Many HR processes, standards and instruments are still under construction or are being rethought.
We are therefore looking for an HR specialist who likes to be in the middle of the action: advises managers, creates orientation and binding HR standards, drives projects forward – and just as naturally takes part in the operational and administrative day-to-day business.

- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role
Key requirements
- Commercial basic education with in-depth further education in the field of HR (HR specialist with federal technical certificate or comparable)
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (level C1)
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and security in advising managers
- Good understanding of payroll and HR administration processes as well as enjoyment of operational tasks
- Enjoy working with pragmatic solutions while building new, digital HR solutions Our offer
