Full description

You will continue to develop our products and processes and accompany exciting projects from the idea to implementation in production. In doing so, you combine your expertise with a solution-oriented way of working and, together with various specialist areas, launch innovative solutions.

You can do that.

• You lead site-specific development projects and accompany them from planning to trials and evaluations to successful implementation.
• You plan, coordinate and carry out operational and laboratory tests as well as storage tests and derive relevant measures together with quality assurance.
• You create specification documents and accompany the upscaling process according to Emmi QS system.
• You ensure the up-to-date and quality of our recipes in SAP, IQSoft and MS Office and ensure reliable documentation.
• You support production in process questions, problem solutions and the commissioning of new plants and develop suitable solution strategies for procurement topics.
• As a member of the HACCP team, you make an important contribution to product safety and are actively involved in the further development of our processes.

You bring that with you

• You have basic training in the food industry incl. FS1 and FS2 or higher education in food technology or food science.
• Experience in product and process development, ideally in the food industry, is an advantage.
• Test planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation are among your strengths.
• You think analytically, act in a solution-oriented manner and keep track of complex issues.
• An independent, structured and reliable way of working distinguishes you and you are happy to take part.
• You enjoy working with different interfaces and bring good knowledge of German as well as good user knowledge into MS Office; SAP and IQSoft knowledge is a plus.
