Their tasks

• Complement of the team of intensive living groups with 3 adult people with cognitive and mental impairment, as well as a crisis intervention place
• Accompaniment and support in individual settings, if necessary 2:1 support
• Co-design of the daily routine on the residential group and support in the implementation
• Close coordination with the team, for a common attitude and joint management of everyday challenges
• Cooperation in leisure activities
• Assumption of ministry and reference work

Your profile

• Completed training as a FaBe / FaGe EFZ or similar training in the social or health sector
• Experience and interest in accompanying and caring for people with disabilities and challenging behavior
• Solution-oriented working style
• Engaged, resilient and humorous personality
