Activities Management and personnel management of the service team in the area of ventilation and climate support and active expansion of customer portfolios by gaining new service contracts Planning of resources and routes as well as organization of the pikett service to ensure a trouble-free service sequence Creation of calculations for service offers, procurement of materials as well as control of the budget and billing of orders Assuring high quality standards and compliance with occupational safety regulations

• Requirements Completed basic training EFZ with extensive professional experience in the field of ventilation and air conditioning Experience in the service handling of ventilation and air conditioning systems Preferably management experience in the technical service environment Pronounced quality awareness, negotiation skills and strong service idea Safe German in word and writing as well as valid driving licence Cat.
