Tasks

• independent exercise of timely and situational structural execution control in the construction permit procedure within an assigned area
• Support, supervision and control of the various construction projects from the granting of the building permit to the acceptance of the building
• Examination with focus on compliance with legal requirements and standards as well as the imposed requirements
• Possibility of hiring and active cooperation with judicial and law enforcement bodies Requirements
• Commercial or craft-technical training EFZ
• Extensive professional experience in the construction environment and/or in a public administration
• View for essential aspects on the construction site
• Strong personality with good communication skills
• Self-initiative, digitally affinity and pronounced ability to self-organize
• Driving licence Cat.
