Tasks: • You are the joker of our care teams at all four locations - always on when reinforcement is needed • They are responsible for competent and patient-oriented care of patients, make assignments in direct care in early and late shifts and support students in their professional development. • "Embedded in a committed interprofessional team" You make a significant contribution to the entire therapy process of our intensive care patients • Your place of work is a modern intensive care unit with a comprehensive infrastructure that is optimally adapted to the needs of intensive care medicine. Requirements • You are an expert in intensive care NDS HF or have an equivalent specialist training in intensive care and several years of practical experience in a Swiss acute care hospital • Your German skills in word and writing correspond to level C1 • Your social skills, your strong communication skills and your great sense of responsibility round off your profile • They treat our patients with empathy and communicate openly and respectfully. Thanks to their great flexibility and fast comprehension, you can quickly adapt to new situations We offer: • You determine your mission and service plan yourself.
