This is what your everyday life looks like

• At the heart of it: You are the first point of contact for answering complex performance questions in your assigned field (pharmaceuticals or outpatient services).
• You are not only a professional contact person, but also a source of ideas! It gives you pleasure to accompany exciting projects and to advance the interests of our department with constructive solutions in specialist meetings and working groups.
• The exchange with various stakeholders and other specialist departments, such as performance testing, service purchasing or performance control, enrich your everyday life.
• Behind the scenes you also hold the strings in your hand: you care for and update our professional databases with the utmost care.
• You carry out the quality assurance together with teammates with a lot of commitment.

You bring that with you

• First things first: Your several years of professional experience in the area of health insurance serves as the foundation for this exciting function.
• Do you have a (para)medical education or a basic commercial education with suitable further education? There will be open.
• Do you bring further training in the social security sector or perhaps even explicitly in the health insurance sector or are currently in the corresponding training? That would definitely be a plus!
• You express yourself well in German (verbal and written). Maybe you even know French or Italian?
• For you, teamwork means not only cooperation, but real cooperation. At the same time, you appreciate it if you can act independently in your position.
