• You will work closely with the Division Head of Staff and support them on strategic, organizational and operational topics and contribute to budget planning and monitoring.
• You support management processes, provide the basis for decision-making and ensure the follow-up of measures.
• You accompany change projects and actively contribute your ideas to transformation and change initiatives.
• You plan and coordinate workshops, leadership events and other formats for the further development of the organization.
• You work closely with leaders and different stakeholders and promote collaboration across areas. What you bring
• You have completed a university or university of applied sciences degree and have professional experience in a challenging environment.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in project, process or change management and feel comfortable in complex organizational forms such as agile or matrix organizations.
• You work in a structured way, think in a networked way and put issues first on your own responsibility.
• You convince with good communication skills, organizational skills and a self-confident appearance.
• You have very good knowledge of German and can also communicate in French.
