Bed department 10 West with a focus on ENT, oral and maxillofacial surgery, thyroid center as well as orthopedics and trauma surgery with a total of 20 beds. We are looking for reinforcements immediately or by appointment. Tasks:
- In collaboration with the management team, you are responsible for helping to shape the further development of care
- You are responsible for continuously improving quality of care at department level in collaboration with the management team
- You are jointly responsible for the implementation of efficient, effective and appropriate care, taking into account the general conditions
- Embedded in our broad nursing process landscape, you assess complex care situations and develop appropriate solutions Requirements:
- You have a completed bachelor's degree in nursing
- The further development of nursing processes and Recognizing patient needs gives you great pleasure. You will maintain the necessary foresight and a cool head in challenging situations
