We enchant the world with chocolate! Lindt & Sprüngli (Switzerland) AG is a subsidiary of the global Lindt & Sprüngli Group with headquarters and production facilities in Kilchberg on Lake Zurich. In Altendorf we operate our own logistics centre, while the Lindt Cocoa Center in Olten produces cocoa mass for our own use as well as for other European production facilities. Throughout Switzerland, we proudly operate 15 Lindt shops, including iconic locations such as the Jungfraujoch and the Swiss Transport House in Lucerne. What you do with us
- Leadership of the team of the Lindt Shop and the Lindt Chocolate Experience Lucerne
- Active participation in day-to-day business.
- Ensuring an exceptional guest experience for visitors from all over the world.
- Support of the team in sales, at the cash desk and in visitor support with exemplary function.
- Ensuring proper operation
- Responsibility for personnel planning, training and the further development of employees.
- Monitoring of stocks, orders and product and experience presentation.
- Coordination with internal and external partners
- Ensure quality, safety and hygiene standards.
- Recognizing potential for optimization and introducing new ideas for the further development of the location.
