For this we are looking for you – a committed personality with an agile heart and systemic view, who accompanies our product crews on their way to greater maturity, effectiveness and self-organization.

This is what awaits you

• You support two product groups (6-10 crews) in their development towards more self-organization, transparency, customer centering and responsibility.
• You promote the application of agile methods and values in the respective context – pragmatic, situational and human-centered.
• You support the crews in the continuous improvement of their cooperation, processes and results.
• You will work closely with other Agile Coaches, Flow Masters and leaders to support transformation at all levels.

You bring that with you

• You have profound experience as an agile coach in agile product or development teams.
• You have in-depth knowledge of agile methods
• Experience with the Flight Levels model is a big plus.
• You bring experience in accompanying teams at different maturity levels and can support development paths.
• You have strong moderation, communication and coaching skills – with a clear attitude and at the same time a keen sense of people and dynamics.
• You think systemically, act solution-oriented and can be effective at both team and organizational levels.
• In your career so far, you have also gained experience as a line manager and enjoy developing people.
• Ideally, you have gained experience in the healthcare sector or in the environment of regulated organizations.
