• Management of the internal post office counter and reception and distribution of consignments
• Delivery of packages and advertising sheets
• Support of the housekeeping team for tours, minor maintenance, gardening and cleaning controls
• Assistance in general work in building maintenance and support in other in-house services if necessary
• Working hours: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 06:00 - 15:15 (depending on lunch break) This is what we expect from you
• Experience in internal service or logistics is an advantage
• DIRECTIVE LICENCE Category B
• Good PC and computer skills
• Resilient, reliable and team-oriented
• Self-employed and careful working methods
• Good knowledge of German and English
