- Classification and categorisation of goods by size, sex, season and quality standards
- Examination of incoming donations of clothes with regard to completeness, cleanliness and condition.
- Preparation of goods for transfer, storage or sale in shops: washing, labelling, merging, packaging
- Promoting labour integration and supporting the induction and development of employees
- Ensuring efficient, high-quality and smooth operations in the field of textile sorting and preparation
