- Administrative support of the pension advisors:in Preparation of offers and applications General correspondence
- Commercial training in the insurance industry or many years of experience in insurance (precautionary care area of advantage)
- Passed intermediary examination (VBV) mandatory Willingness to continue training regularly
- Joy of expanding existing customer relationships Reliable, resilient personality combined with forward working methods High commitment as well as customer and service orientation
- Convincing appearance with pleasure in dealing with people
