Main responsibilities
- They support various stakeholders at the Sursee site in administrative, planning and organisational matters
- They coordinate appointments and occasions and ensure a smooth process – from organisation to infrastructure to catering
- As a central contact person, you are competent to assist internal and external contact persons
- They take over versatile secretarial tasks in a dynamic environment and act as an important hub of the site Requirements:
- They have completed training as a merchant EFZ as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable function – ideally in the medical or nursing environment
- You take responsibility, think proactively and keep an overview even in hectic moments
