Tasks: • You are the joker of our care teams at all four locations - always on when reinforcement is required • They are responsible for the professional, competent and patient-oriented initial care and care of emergency patients and their relatives and accompany and support them in crisis situations. • In the interprofessional team you make an important contribution to patient care at a high quality level • They support learners and students in their professional development Requirements • You are an expert in emergency care NDS HF or have an equivalent specialist training in emergency care and several years of practical experience in a Swiss acute care hospital • Drawing your quick comprehension, your understanding of people in exceptional situations and your high resilience You are out and you look forward to a lively operation • You are an empathetic, integrity personality with a high level of service and customer orientation as well as strong communication skills • Your German skills in word and writing correspond to level C1 We offer: • You largely determine your mission and service plan yourself and benefit from maximum flexibility • We offer you employment on an hourly basis and a varied, interesting and diverse working environment. • A state-of-the-art hospital information system that digitally and comprehensively maps the entire patient process and lists all patient data at any time and up-to-date supports you around the clock.
