Activities

• Self-responsible control and monitoring of the saw line and production facilities
• Coordination and management of the team including planning of employee assignments
• Monitoring of plant performance, product quality and compliance with delivery dates
• Active cooperation in troubleshooting (electrical and mechanical), process optimizations as well as audits and maintenance
• Support and representation of the production manager in the operational area
• Requirements
• Electrical or Mechanical Training with Experience in Maintenance
• Independent and solution-oriented working methods
• Secure German language skills in words and writing, English skills are a plus
• Routine in dealing with MS Office and motivated to continuously train
