Task area
In this role, you play a central role in the field of environment, health & safety with a focus on occupational safety. They are responsible for the further development and implementation of the site-specific EHS strategy and support managers and employees through training, coaching and awareness-raising measures. They carry out hazard assessments, safety inspections and internal audits and ensure consistent follow-up of measures. You also monitor compliance with legal regulations, internal guidelines and relevant ISO standards. Other
- Tasks include coordination of topics such as hazardous materials, personal protective equipment, first aid, evacuation exercises, ergonomics and health prevention. In the environmental sector, you accompany processes relating to waste, energy and water, initiate improvement measures and support sustainability projects.
The preparation of reports, key figures and documentation as well as the close cooperation with internal departments and the EHS team round off your area of responsibility.
Your profile
They have completed technical training in STEM as well as further training at the level of HF or FH. They have at least six years of relevant professional experience, including several years in a responsible EHS function. We require in-depth knowledge in occupational safety, health and environmental management as well as in dealing with hazard assessments and risk management. Additional qualifications or certificates such as SUVA, NEBOSH or as an environmental or Security officers are beneficial. They work independently, structured and solution-oriented, are strong in communication and appreciate teamwork. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as good knowledge of English (at least level B2) round off
