As a manager of education, you are part of the leadership team at the station and you are using heart for education on the department.

These are your tasks

• You lead and accompany trainees (AGS, FaGe, Pflege HF and FH) in an appreciation, clear and targeted promotion in problem and crisis situations.

You implement the concept of vocational training nursing at the department, plan the trainees according to the course of training, write qualifications and work with doctoral elements (IPA and specialist discussions) as an exam expert.

You are a contact person in training-specific questions for the management team, care team and the interprofessional team

• You recognize the educational needs of the department's nursing team and take appropriate measures
• You take co-responsibility for personnel planning, organization and administrative processes at the department and work in direct care
• You bring ideas, work with you in projects and are co-responsible for an innovative and attractive further development of training in care SPZ
• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH
• Professional experience in nursing
• Pleasure of educational tasks or the clear desire to develop you there
• Communication strength, flexibility and organisational skills
