Do you want to take on responsibility, combine medical expertise with strategic design and shape the future of occupational medicine together with a strong interdisciplinary team? What you do

• You lead four teams with around 30 specialists in occupational medicine and assume the technical and personnel overall responsibility.
• You shape the medical development of the assessment of occupational diseases and are responsible for the quality assurance and optimization of work processes.
• You contribute your expertise on occupational diseases to strategic internal and external projects as well as specialist committees and contribute to the implementation of our prevention mandate.
• You ensure the further training of assistant doctors as a specialist for occupational medicine.
• You work closely with various areas of Suva and maintain the network of medical stakeholders in clinics and professional societies.
• The vacancy shall be filled as a result of retirement. What you bring
• You are a specialist in occupational medicine and have experience in the assessment of occupational diseases and their prevention.
• In your career so far, you have ideally already gained initial experience in leadership as well as in quality and project management.
• You are interested in scientific issues and engage in public relations work.
• You like to work interdisciplinary, promote professional exchange and lead meetings and workshops to success.
• You think networked, recognize development opportunities and implement new ideas effectively.
• You have stylish knowledge of German. Good knowledge of French and English is a great advantage.
