- Opening and maintaining customer master data in the Planon
- Work preparation such as materials, tools, reports, checklists, etc. Requirements
- Basic technical training in the field of HVAC as well as knowledge in the commercial field or commercial training with experience in the technical environment Ideally experience in a similar position
- Very good MS Office skills, Planon beneficial
- Balanced personality with a pronounced customer orientation and cool head in hectic times
- Entrepreneurial action and good enforcement and decision-making ability
