Their tasks
- Personnel and professional management of a team with about 6 employees as direct supervisor
- Professional coaching of employees of the expert session and the general psychiatric ambulatorium
- Conduct of outpatient (test) diagnostic examinations of children and adolescents
- Conducting psychotherapeutic treatments in individual and group setting in the field of autism, including parent training
- Counselling and therapy of children and adolescents as well as their parents/families
- Participation in the further development and expansion of the specialist consultation hour autism
- Networking with internal and external specialists, institutions, authorities and insurance companies
Your profile
- Completed psychology studies or medical studies as well as federally recognized further education in psychotherapy / medical specialist title psychiatry
- Experience in child and adolescent psychiatry and special interest in autism
- Leadership experience or demonstrated interest in taking on a leadership role
- Strong social and communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Resilient, flexible and reliable personality with humor and commitment
