- Collaboration with the Store Manager: Plans the assignments together, develops sales strategies and concepts to inspire the team and customers.
- Product expertise: Answer complex questions of the customer, present our products confidently and embody our unique Feel Good Experience.
- Operational responsibility: Take care of rosters, inventory control and cash management and thus ensure the smooth running of the store.
- Team development & goal achievement: Inspire with your coaching, let people grow beyond themselves and turn sales goals into exciting challenges.
- Brand Ambassador role: Represent our luxury boutique with your well-kept and professional appearance down to the smallest detail.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in retail or customer service.
- You bring flexibility – also for early, late shifts and weekends and have a valid work permit or residence permit (C, B, L or G permit) or a Swiss citizenship.
- You can’t stand to sit still all day. You are really excited about the retail trade and love the hustle and bustle and variety.
- You are results-oriented and naturally turn conversations into inspiring sales conversations.
- You have strong social skills and can adjust to different personalities. You know how to motivate your team, collaborate with your store manager and win the customer base for you.
