- You proactively support the clinic directorate in all administrative and organizational matters and keep an eye on appointments, pendencies and priorities
- You support the clinic director and are responsible for his agenda, appointment and travel management
- You coordinate meetings, prepare the basis for decision-making and ensure that important decisions are followed up. Record keeping
- You are responsible for the staff administration of the clinic and are the central interface to HR and other internal departments
- You are responsible for contract and document management and are responsible for administrative compliance issues
- You are the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and represent our clinic professionally and service-oriented
- You are the visiting card of our clinic and are responsible for the administrative care of our patients
- You actively participate in various projects and support their successful implementation
- You deal with confidential personnel, patient and management businesses professionally and discreetly at all times
- You work hand-in-hand with the management and clinic management team and take over absences and holidays of their deputies Requirements
