This is why we are looking for YOU to strengthen our committed psychiatry team as Graduate nurse HF/FH – focus on psychiatry 50–70% (a) Your tasks

• Independent implementation of the entire care process and implementation of care at the customer
• Management of needs assessment using the interRai-CMH instrument
• Accompanying clients with psychiatric diseases at home and practicing everyday practical skills
• Building a trusting and sustainable relationship with customers
• Promotion and empowerment of self-employment, autonomy, stability and quality of life What you bring
• Diploma Nursing HF/FH or equivalent training
• Years of experience in psychiatry
• Driving licence Cat.
