- Ganzheitliche Pflege und Begleitung von Patientinnen und Patienten in der Substitution
- Pflegefachperson HF / FH
- Erfahrung im Arbeitsfeld der Psychiatrie, idealerweise im Bereich der Abhängigkeitserkrankung
Main responsibilities
- Ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten, die in Folge einer Abhängigkeitserkrankung in ihrer persönlichen, sozialen und beruflichen Lebensführung beeinträchtigt sind und zum geplanten stationären Entzug kommen
- Ganzheitliche Pflege und Begleitung von Patientinnen und Patienten in der Substitution
- Umsetzung individueller Pflege- und soziotherapeutischer Massnahmen unter Einsatz von evidenzbasierten Methoden
- Ganzheitliche Unterstützung und Vernetzung durch Einbezug und Beratung von Angehörigen sowie externer Fachstellen
- Mitarbeit bei der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung von Pflege- und Behandlungskonzepten, sowie die Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung neuer stationsspezifischer Konzepte
Key requirements
- Pflegefachperson HF / FH
- Erfahrung im Arbeitsfeld der Psychiatrie, idealerweise im Bereich der Abhängigkeitserkrankung
- Freude und Motivation am Arbeiten im stationären Behandlungssetting zur arbeiten
- Freude an innovativer interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit im Team
- Offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit und strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
