Tasks

• They serve and advise patients with diabetes as well as their relatives holistic – both in stationary and outpatient areas
• They convey sound knowledge of the disease, blood sugar management, medicamental therapies and modern treatment methods (e.g.

insulin pumps)

• They train and accompany patients in safe handling of insulin, measuring systems and in everyday situations (e.g.

pregnancy)

• They work in a dedicated team of doctors, diabetics and nutritionists and thus contribute to optimally coordinated care
• Good IT user knowledge as well as secure German knowledge round your profile from requirements:
• They have well-founded medical expertise and ideally bring first professional experience in diabetes counselling
• They like to work together, maintain constructive, interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation and convince by an independent and structured way of working.
