Your area of responsibility

• Technical leadership and further development of the EMC department (definition of standards, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, further development and training in internal EMC processes and the EMC specialist group)
• Support and advice on internal EMC issues, measurements and questions
• Product development from the initial idea through series production, as well as maintenance of existing products
• Design and development of electronics and firmware for machines and modules
• Responsibility within the interdisciplinary project team for electronics and electrical systems
• Assembly of prototypes and performance of tests

Your profile

• Graduate electrical engineer FH / ETH
• Several years of professional experience in electronics development (at least 3 years)
• Good knowledge of EMC for electronics and cabling, as well as EMC standards and guidelines, or motivation to acquire in-depth knowledge of these
• Experience with EMC testing and measurement methods for PCBs, machines and modules, or motivation to acquire in-depth knowledge of these
• Enjoyment of challenging interdisciplinary tasks in a team, as well as of developing hardware and machines
• Independent working style with quick comprehension and a structured approach
• Team-oriented personality with the ability to involve various stakeholder groups
• Knowledge of Altium for PCB development, schematics and layout, as well as experience programming in C and C++, would be an advantage
• Very good command of German and good command of English
